WCNC 2024 is using IEEE Conference Express for publishing the proceedings.
The first step is to register for the conference.

To be published in the 2024 IEEE WCNC Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate.

One FULL or LIMITED REGISTRATION allows the author to upload up to three (3) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author. A “paper upload code” will be sent separately to the registered author. Sharing of the paper upload code is strictly prohibited. The deadline for author registration is 12 January 2024.

You will receive an email after registration with your author upload code. You will need this code to upload your final paper to Conference Express.
